Transcript: Interview with Kellie Northwood, Executive Director, Keep Me Posted. Coleman says he has received a snail mail from his credit card company even he opted to choose electronic statements. He says he received a note saying Shadow Minister for Consumer Affairs Tim Hammond is calling on the Government to bring forward legislation that will give customers the right to receive communications from companies by post for no extra fee. Northwood says they are welcoming this private move of Hammond. She says it looks like Michael McCormack, Minister for Small Business and Consumers, is also backing the move, asking the Treasury office to review the matter. She adds they are asking for the ministers in different states to support the matter.
