News.com: Commonwealth Bank customers hit by new charge to receive mailed paper statements
MILLIONS of banking customers are the latest alongside utility and telco consumers facing a “mean” charge for simply receiving their account statements in the post. The nation’s largest bank, CBA, is the first of the big four to introduce a new fee slugging customers up to $30 per account per year — $2.50 per statement per month — to receive hard copies.
